Nofap works, honestly

Look I didn't believe in it at first but after trying it a few times I can confirm it works.

I was at the verge of killing certain people after being on a no fap streak, I literally masturbated JUST to prevent me from murdering particular targets.

Thinking about it now, I probably should be doing that, and if we could all do this, then we might be able to change things.

I'm going to go on another streak again and this time see where things lead me.
