i'm pretty lucky to actually live in a rural area where i've been used to work with my dad and my grandad on trucks,cutting the wood,lifting things,recolt potatoes,walking and loving the feel to being exhausted after running or doing a physical exercice but for real most of youngs do what : videogames. Barely some do gym at least when i was in usa whether new-york or philadelphia (so i talk for what i know) guys were tougher and it really impressed me.
