nah, never heard of that meme, although i get what you mean, i think. you can explain it if you want. for what it's worth, this neutral accent in singing stuff doesn't apply in 100% of cases and there are quite a few bong singers that do manage sing with a bong accent, but i don't consider that a refutation of the main point.
