The police in West Virginia are pretty based most of the time. In my area of it anyway. Huntington was rated happiest city in the country a couple of times recently so for the most part it's a really nice city. On the other hand, niggers from Detroit slinging dope has made it dangerous enough in a couple small, isolated parts.Due to this, a lot of the cops see enough crazy stuff and are big enough badasses that they don't worry about the little shit. They don't have that chip on their shoulder (of course some do) that cops get in certain areas.
