Crime in China is a result of Chinese people, as it is with Thai people in Thailand and Vietnamese in Vietnam. But of course you blame ideologies, you're one of those who refuse to other oneself or others responsible for their innate behavior.
And don't forget that Korea and Japan, the exceptions among Asia, are the 2 most heavily "Westernized" parts of Asia and yet they still have their own problems regardless of "western" influence.
