I often see Chinese restaurants staffed entirely by poorly-assimilated immigrants who can barely speak English. I'll sometimes think about how it's hard to believe that these people exist outside of the restaurant and have social lives, etc.
What do they do for fun? What is their preferred non-work activity? Do they have hobbies and interests like us white people? What makes them tick?
