Also Reimu canonly doesn't help people anymore who got spirited away into Gensokyo wilderness, she agreed to contracts with some carnivorous youkai that they can't go to the Human Village to kill nor kill human villagers outside of it (Keine and Yukari are watching over this aswell, no human observers/believers=no youkai), but people from the outside world are always free to hunt until they reach the Hakurei border to get out. If one of those people would get to the Hakurei Shrine half dead, she would just lie there eating potato crisps and pointing with the other hand behind the shrine lole
