BTW, if you want to mod your Yum Yum or Mama's, then take out the spice bags and use those as a marinada with the extra ingredients you want to add in the dish.

Add some oil with those spices.
In particular (and this is one of my favorites), mix the spice bags with three or four eggs. Fry the eggs in an oiled pan as usual.
Cook the noodles separately and pour them on the fried eggs. If possible, add a small bag of heated freezed veggies.
Add some salt.
