1. Find a 8gb+ usb
2. Go to https://www.microsoft.com/en-ca/software-download/windows10 on another windows computer, scroll down to "Create Windows 10 install media" and Download tool now then run it.
3. Go through menu to create the install usb.
4. eject then plug it into your other computer, shut it down then turn it down while spamming F11 or F12.
5. select the USB drive when the choose boot media menu comes up
6. repair windows installation.
