When Moses came down from the mountain, it wasn't the Lord who told the Levites to slay those who were worhsipping the golden calf. The Israelites organized that amongst themselves. Likewise, the people who are in Israel today could have organized a similar cull after I came down from the clouds to find the people in that land worshipping the Whore of Babylon. However, they took no such initiative to bear arms against those who would worship false Gods. The leaders of the people in that land did not take up arms to stop the worship of false gods. Therefore, those who worship the Whore and those who abode their worship will share the same fate.
