i play vidya, they never truely leave but being outside helps. i go for walks and bring some coffee with me, its usually at dawn. otherwise i board myself in and stare into the wall. wondering why i cant achieve anything.

Talk to a doctor. Mine got me on some meds and I havent thought of suicide since. No it wasnt an instant cure, but its deffinitely an improvement

Well what it does for me, it may vary, is it gives me more mental energy throughout the day. Before the meds it would feel as if I had no happiness left to give at the end of the day.

I had a full plan. My last letter was written and I was about to go buy the gun with the last of my money. My mother stepped in at the absolute last second and insisted I see a doctor. She never knew how bad it got but she knew enough.
