In this context, you are essentially asking multiple people to flip a fair coin and they must stop as soon as they get tails. This serves to do nothing but partition the aggregate results of fair coin flips in some ultimately inconsequential way. The coin is still fair so there is still a 50% chance of getting heads or tails on each coin flip. You would still expect to see approximately 50% heads and 50% tails across all participants. So to answer your question, 50% males to 50% females.
There are also mathematical arguments that can formalize this, but I like the intuitive solution better.
