how long for shoulder impingement to heal?
Went to doctor who basically just told me to rest or come back in a few weeks if I'm still whining. Still can't raise my arm over 90 degrees without a lot of pain but it's finally starting to feel a little better the past 2 days, symptoms started maybe 8 days ago.
Are we talking weeks or months?
