I'm a 29 year old NEET virgin never had a job ect. My parents are having family over, tons of my cousins who are in my age range, their girlfriends/boyfriends, everything. I'm locked in my room and refuse to go downstairs because everyone knows im a huge loser who has nothing to say for himself. I don't even want the food. My door is locked and my boomer grandfather keeps banging on it trying to get me to come down. Please help.
