China is an old civilization in its continuity. It dominated its surroundings thoroughly and enjoyed geographic defenses from the outside.
It had everything it needed, the world revolved around China.
Time came to a stand still and the philosophies to emerge only solidified such a complacent existence to maintain its eternity and stability.
When blood was spilled, it always ended the same way, just a switch if the head, the body stayed intact, and those who conquered would soon become one with the Chinese, they would be absorbed by this monolithic time freeze.
