>>9149781how do you beat it? thats a tough question that takes more than just a change of your lifestyle. you have to slowly change your mindset, start appreciating small things until they add up and you begin to appreciate the big picture.
you do still need to change around your lifestyle though. try to always get 7-8 hours of sleep a night, never going above that. eat healthier if you can and start exercising, even if its just a few pushups a day it helps. could also move some furniture around so your room feels fresher, keep your curtains open during the day, etc.
take it easy though, dont stress yourself out thinking you need to change everything, that’ll just make it worse.
