>>9152965>"He spends all his time playing video games"This makes you a loser with less of a life, regardless. But if a guy is crushing it in his career, appearance/fitness, and socially, and he plays video games, it's not a problem. It's a problem when that's literally all you do.
>"He never talks/he's so shy"If you're an introvert, but live your life confidently, follow your interests, and are successful, it's respectable. More to the point, if you're introverted but not insecure about it, people will be fine with it. If you're introverted/shy because you're insecure, it can make you a target, or at least make people uneasy. How you're feeling is contagious, and it also sends signals to others about how to treat you.
>"He sat behind me in class, what a stalker"Most girls will only treat you like a stalker if you stare at them creepily. However, there are some girls who will call you a creep no matter what you do, and it's because you're a stranger, and they're trying to raise their status to their friends or feel better about themselves. If they do that, they're petty people not worth your time, but you can use it as motivation to prove you're better than them... by being successful.
>living with parentsThis is a loser thing to do no matter what you look like. It's also something lots of people have to do from time to time when it's practical to do so, so don't beat yourself up about it. But keep your eye on the prize - a good job you like and that pays well, independence, hot partner, family
>he can't driveThis was a loser thing and probably still is in poor parts of the country, where a car means something. But if you live in a middle class area that's not in the south, nobody's really gonna care.
>"topped his class"Nobody over the 5th grade thinks this makes you a "nerd." Succeeding in school is a high status thing when people care about success, which happens at least in high school.
