A few weeks ago because I'm poor I could not afford the basics and so I stopped using them.
I now use
No soap
No shower gel
No toothpaste
No deodorant
No products what so ever.
My skin is fucking healing, my face has never looked this good in years.
Another thing I stopped using laundry detergent and guess what my clothes are still clean when they come out of the wash. I just put dirtiest stuff on 90 and normal stuff sometimes 60. It still gets the job done, I'm saving a fucking fortune by not buying all that crap, as a bonus my cloths feel super soft when dry instead of like pieces of cardboard and no they don't smell. I'm going to get into this cold shower thing next because I did notice when I had to use cold showers because I could not pay the bills, my skin improved with that also after only 1 week.
Its all a scam.
