I'm an alcoholic and it's getting bad. I'm 20 and I've been drinking close to 6 years. I go through around 700-800ml of Jack or Smirnoff a day. I think my liver and/or kidneys are starting to fail.
I know I should go to a doctor but I'm thinking about just letting it happen. I came here because I have no friends or close family and my gf broke up with me a few months ago, and I have no one else to tell.
