>>9214429I'm just going to cut and paste what I posted yesterday to Norway hyung. Heads up, some parts of it I'm going to start talking the guys doing the let's play.
it came out of nowhere. i sort of hate myself for not even figuring it out myself. it didnt hit me until jesse started losing his crap and connected some dots with the visual when they were playing on a certain planet. im going to be all over the place when explaining this but, you know how the death star is now canonically using kyber crystal, per rogue one movie, and that the first order had the humungous door busting laser battering ram that used old death star tech, which is pretty much a kyber gun. well, in the game, Fallen Order, the jedi that you play eventually breaks his lightsaber and needs a new kyber crystal so, bam barabam, they go back to ilum! which was dope, i personally thought that part of the game was super cool. if you dont know, this is a very snow/ice covered planet where all the jedis go to build their lightsabers. the young jedi eventually finds his crystal and fixes it. eventually you run into imperials on the planet, which is weird right? Why is there imperials on a planet that only Jedis know? actualy no! because this is the timeframe when the death star was being constructed, 5 years post order 66 and maybe coincides with rogue one time frame. so it sort of makes sense if they're building a large death star that needs large amounts of kyber you would want a planet with a crap tons of it. so, the imperials are down there mining every single bit of kyber. now, back to jesse and the guys, they're fighting some imperial troopers on ilum and there's this background of a huge ravine that was man-made. this is where jesse lost his crap because alex said 'hey, that looks like a huge trench run on the death star'. it hit me too, when i finally realized why he was losing his marbles.
do you get where im going with this yet?
