I'm affraid of receiving massages.
Each time anything unusual gets to my E-mail I want to isolate myself hard.
Each time I have to visit my VK page in order to check something related to my study/relatives/frens/shite, I feel like a threat is upon me.
No need to tell that I do never answer any phone calls from the unknown numbers.
I do really hate being interrupted in any way possible.

At the same time, I feel no extra-barriers in communication irl.
