Is it true that in Spain and China all think that there is not summer in Russia(even in Moscow and Sochi) and there always winter as in antarctica?
At least russian bloggers living in these countries talk so.

I think that spanish and chinese people know geography and know most part of russian territory is in temperate climate(russian south is at all in near Subtropics. There are palms in Sochi). At north of Russia nobody live(With the exception of the local Eskimos), there is too cold.
Now in Moscow weather is at average +2 and +4 centigrade.
There was not at all snows in early December(and now there are not) . Now Moscow's weather as in New York or Washincton.
