>Was pretty active on the PC Gamer forums (I was fucking 9, give me a break)
>Kept coming across the occasional reference to /b/, usually as some kind of nasty sekret klub of hardcore internet trolls
>Naturally got my 9 year old neurons firing, knew I had to check it out
>Arrived for the first time, this was back when raids were still allowed, memes were still quality, newfags and shitposts were still a minor problem (inb4newfags/b/ was always shit)
>Being 9, I instantly fell in love
>Lurked without posting for a solid six months because I was too retarded to figure out that the email field wasn't mandatory
>Posted only on /b/ for a few years like a classic newfag before discovering other boards
>12 years later, aged 21, and I've wasted my entire tween and teen years on this shithole

Honestly, no regrets and no fucks given, because I was too much of a hardcore failure to have a successful IRL life anyways, at least I was in good internet company.
