Unironically, the furries that draw MLP stuff in anthro, sticking close to the show style while doing so, have been the best at anthro art I've seen.
The ones that take their normal show forms and make them bipedal, with or without switching out foreleg/arm hooves with hands are the best example, and I can't post it because whiny babies made a global rule against it.
