I read a comment a few weeks back on /k/ asserting that all of 4chan revolves around one of two boards, /pol/ or /lgbt/.

This got me thinking--what boards are closely associated with what other boards? Are there epicenter or 'meta' boards that influence the culture of other boards as a whole? How has this changed since the 2016 influx?

I'd be interested to hear discussion on this issue, and maybe put together some kind of chart/graphic to show relationships.

Example: /pol/ and /k/ have a love/hate relationship since /k/ banned political threads.

/tv/ and /v/ often have misattributed OPs posted (e.g. Vidya post on /tv/) and there seems to be a lot of cultural interchange between them.

/lit/ and /his/ are closely linked, and at odds with /pol/

/o/ /ck/ and /k/ also share some common ground, though to what extent I'm not certain.
