Well anyone under 115 IQ is not allowed to drive, fly a plane or any work which puts others lives at risk. Is we all agree with this yes?

You know you can do bit operations, so using the smallest piece of data a computer can recognize is a 1 or 0 which is really just on or off right?

I had a panic attack in the summer thinking to deeply into bitwise operations and their ability to make small work out of decoding shit it has never experienced before.

When ever i start work on any AI project I get seriously ill, like something is pumping a load of information into my head and so fast it over whelms me to the point i panic and stop. AI requires an intelligent mind but a one that is prepared to take the risk, and fuck this up its over. So I started thinking up at least a kind of error checking code which intervenes if something is not what is expected to some set rules of conduct.

That is the only way I can see it working, then we need a totally new file system and data files them selves contain code which is encrypted end to end function to function so to speak. then how to speed all that mess up? it all has do be done at machine code level, it has to be so fast it has no overhead but has the power to lock down any machine about to do something wrong.
