Rest 65% are assumed to be slav but honestly its 65% of turbo mutts like me (mom has some spanish roots, dad is literally kazakh/tatar mix) and on a soviet birth certificate I'm counted as a slav. And thats like this for literally every fucking russian bar a couple of pure slavs and some eastern euros like lithuanians and estonians.
