What if frosty the snow man was actually a child predator dressed as a snowman and actually was kidnapping the children with out the children knowing and the magician trying to get his hat was a cop trying to stop the pedophile and save the children and when frosty melted it was actually a shooting and the pedophile got shot and killed by the cop
