I can bench 25kg dumbels 8 times, i never tried more cause i just don't have more weight to put on em but i think i can do 60.
I started out with 7.5kg ones this autumn, i did my pull ups and push ups during summer but i just realised i hit the limit with bodyweight memes.
My usual weight for my workouts is 20kg dumbbells each for most stuff i do and 15kg for curls, i'll be adding another kilo on both in 3 days. Thats the progress in less than half a year.
Also considering my left leg and my left shoulder were severely injured and are holding me back all the time this is much.
