>>9380240It's rather... flat - like you're walking down an empty corridor. Maybe make the ground into displacements, and making it more uneven might help. It's also just very boring to look at honestly; the walls are pretty 2 dimensional, add some outbits to the walls, since it's rather boring to look at. Add some buildings or trees around in the background over the walls to sell it as a real place in a canal, instead of an empty maze. Vertical detail is oddly important, and can make a huge difference, maybe have some of the combine on a ledge or something to make combat slightly more interesting, I dunno. It's an alright map if this is some of your firsts. The lighting seems to at least match the skybox.
