"Friends" are just a subjective selection of individuals that you perceive to be a benign or positive influence upon you.
If you choose to believe that you have no real life friends:
that is your personal decision ;
but in my opinion, there are huge numbers of real life people who will actually consider themselves to be your friends, if you allow them to behave in that manner, towards you.

Friendship is a two (or more) - way arrangement between people who can give each other various forms of support & encouragement.
