I hate this. So much of the dope in philly now is no longer heroin and the dealers just load it up with fent. I don't mind cause of the high, but the methadone clinic doesn't test for fent so when I do speedballs I just show up for cocaine and the stupid doctor won't adjust my doses cause it doesn't read that there are opiates in my system.

I know right? Apparently it's more expensive to test for it, but given that fent has become the big dog on the opiate block you think they'd find it worthwhile. People are getting denied admission into the clinic because of this as well.
