For the non-burger literate among you, this is the way of perfection:
>Select a fine quality chuck roast
>Have it triple ground
>Hand mince garlic, just a single clove for 4 burgers
>finely dice (seriously fine!) a sweet pepper (Gypsy are best by far)
>Grab a baby bella, mince it as well
>Put in mixing bowl.
>Salt, Pepper, Worcestershire, other shit you prepared minced up
>Small amount of Panko bread crumbs
>Mix it up, form nice big patties by hand
>Grill it HOT. It won't be long now anon
>For buns, grab a decent french style bun. Brush on olive oil, fucking grill it already
>If you want cheese, smoked Gouda works well
Avoid all condiments! This is about grilled meat perfection, not mayo / mustard / etc. I sometimes saute' mushrooms in red wine for a topping, but that is the only acceptable topping other than good bacon. Accept no substitute anon, this is the real deal burger.
