Precisely. Like, there are certainly a lot of problems that exist, but the QoL here is decent enough to be generally negligible compared to a lot of other places.
Downside on that housing thing is that a lot of the people moving here - particularly from Cali - are still paying double and triple for houses when they move here, which is driving market prices up immensely.
