Anti Gravity drive (incorrectly named) works by putting a surface plasma charge onto the vehicle. When doing this you block out all external energy from affecting the interior of the vehicle causing the passage of time to stand still for the interior. So what needs to be done is the energy within the vehicle also needs to be added and controlled allowing the operator to speed up and slow down the passage of time withing the vehicle.
It's like when a astronaut leaves our gravity (plasma field) the farther away the astronaut gets the slower time moves for them. where on earth time still moves at the same rate.
