Any drawfags from Poland around?
I've been shitting my pants recently about all the money I made drawing commissions, since the tax season is upon us, and I have no idea how to declare that income. Looking for some advice.

Well all the money got sent to me over paypal, and some if it went to my bank account from there. Maybe if I charged all the customs in bitcoin from the start, then I wouldn't have a problem, but unfortunately I accepted USD, and now I undeniable have income

Are you under 26 y.o?
If yes (and you earned less than 35 636,67 zł. in 2019) declare it and pay 0 zł tax. Remember to send until end of april.
For income in 2020 this rises to 85 500zł per year

Well, can I still declare it as such even if I haven't actually signed any contract? I have no paperwork for it, I was just sent the money with a thank you. I have problem paying the proper amount, I'm more worried about how to explain it in the paperwork so that I don't get my porn-filled computer claimed by tax fraud investigators.

As far as I know, they won't immediately know about it, but if there is any suspicion I might have been committing tax fraud, they can easily get my bank to disclose information about all the money that arrived to my bank account, which Is how they learn that I've been making more than I declared.

There is another option, "działalność nierejestrowana" with income not above 50% min wage (1300zł). But that is taxed with 18%, 32%. YIKES
This is getting a bit much for me, if I were you I'd seek help at my gmina, where I live they offer free law advice. Or you can hire a normal lawyer, the upside to that is that he can't rat you out to the taxjews.
