STOP ALL MOVEMENT OF CHINESE, ANYWHERE!
There should be no international sailings or flights arriving to, or departing from, Chinese ports and airports. And no one with a Chinese, Hong Kong, Macanese or Taiwanese identity document should be crossing any border anywhere until this is over.
STOP THE CHINESE! There must be millions of Chinese and ethnic Chinese getting ready to return to places as diverse as Malaysia, Australia, Singapore, France, South Africa and the UK from Mainland China, where they have been spending the Spring Festival, who could have been exposed to people from or who have travelled to Wuhan.
THEY MUST BE STOPPED
