Anyone else having problems?

Apparently it's a Europe problem, according to Down Detector's map:

But France and Germany don't seem to have many problems for some reason?

Seems to mainly be Britain, Netherlands, Belgium, Czechia, Austria, which is weird, because they're not all in the same vicinity.
