that meme is just about bad beer. idk beer is pretty meh in general. i've had expensive beers and they certainly taste a lot better than average beer but not enough to justify the price. i can get 2 liters of passable beer for 1 dorrar, i can't get excited for 0.5 or 0.33 l for 3 dollars for some good craft beer.
if you can get it, try unfiltered beer and unpasteurized beer. it's got a very short shelf life so it's sold on tap and the price-to-quality ratio is much better than expensive craft beers.
