I live in Canada, and our medical system is awful if you need to see any kind of specialist or get surgery. It would probably take about 5 years to get a doctor to do something about them

Basically you have 2 types of treatment: laser ablation and sclerotherapy.
Hemmoroids are still varicose veins (which could be related to liver problems btw) and can be treated inyecting adrenaline or alcohol using a needle (yes, first aid ethanol 70%, and this is not a meme).
Still, you can’t fucking do it because it’s on the anus and you can fuck the thing making it worse and infected.
Also this is a normal nurse procedure which can be done in less than a minute.
