I used Rammstein as an example because, in metal, they have what I think are the best vocals

I should have specified this more, but I was mainly speaking to metal bands that are still actively making music and aren't about to die of old age
You can naxalt me all you want, you can give me examples here and there of artists from 20-30 years ago, but you can't deny that the majority (not every last band) of metal being made today has shit vocals
