Imagine Aecht Schlenkerla Rauchbier which almost tastes a smoked bacon. Now, take that taste and profoundly darken it when simultaneously the smoked bacon turns into something beyond meat.
I will definitely buy more of the latter one for cooking my game.
Simmering a rabbit or a goose in that will be a total win.
