what else would it be called? It's not like it could be named after the hejaz, the bedouin, or any broader group, because it is composed of multiple groups
and to call it arabia would be weird as then the people would be arabs in arabia
What do the more modernist people within the country propose?
Honestly the entire concept of the Saudi government and the more tribal areas are so foreign to me and, at least for the second part, I don't know how to get an accurate view of it.
