after that then you really need to consider your vitamin D, calcium, phosphorus, molybdenum, vitamin k, antioxidants, lithium, iodine, etc. the shit you wont miss for a week. you can die if you dont get 2% of the RDI of calcium daily though, and im sure that same minimum intake for basic daily functions exists beyond calcium, so, don't expect to live long off granulated sugar, vitamins, mayonnaise and insulin.
