-Southwest: You can buy nice things, at Rio de janeiro good tourist places and beaches. You can taste foods from every place from Brazil, but w/o a good guide, you can walk in a favela and get stabbed. São Paulo is very nice, but you don't have beaches and bundas, but you can buy things cheaper and taste some Brazilian Food and Italian food here. Minas Gerais is cool, but right now is not a good idea.
