3-Eat massive as in boiled potatoes, rice, meat, eggs, shakes. But here is the catch- No seasoning at all, no salt, nothing. The food should taste as fade as it can be.
2-No orgasm for 3 months, no sex and no fap and dont even watch porn, nothing at all.
3-No watching TV or anything from the internet (including 4chan), nothing entertaining that is, not even music. What you do from here on out is work, eat and sleep. Nothing more.
4-Watch if you want something that frustrates you, like niggers being niggers, something that you hate.
5-Meditate once a day for atleast 30 minutes. The topics to meditate on is what nature intended with men. Men were intended to wage war, to fight for resources and for food, Its their sole purpose, they should fight untill they die. And most of them did just that, fought untill they collapsed, up untill hundreds of years ago.
The point is to deplete you of dopamine so bad that you become an instrument of hatred and frustration. This is the true Alpha, the man that is willing to just go ahead and brawl with others anytime anywhere.
