Booze will be in short supply when we're quarantined.

I'd start out with something a little less ambitious like kilju, it's just sugar wine and gets the job done the same. Water, yeast, sugar. leave it for at least a week and it's done.

That's the first step in making high proof alcohol too. Destill the water wine and you have probably 50% alcohol.
