There are too many things to take in count.
but thinking quick about it:
Pros: i cant really think some big pros, maybe i will if i lived outside of spain so i could compare, i think its a cool country except for the next cons.
Cons: the economy its fucked.
its not impossible to get a job or make money but the conditions to do it are far away from being the best, its just ridiculous some times.
The people are above average normies, that may be just my impression.
