Hello, /bant/. I’ve come to you today in a time of desperation. I’m addicted to fapping and I have no idea how to stop. It’s beginning to interfere with my life as well as my physical and mental health. I’m not looking to go full nofap, at least not yet, but I would like some advice on fighting the urge to fap. It even gets to the point where a Facebook photo of a girl I find attractive will trigger it.
