The goal of nationalism is to preserve the traditions of our ancestors and protect our people from threats. Does one really think he can accomplish these imperatives when his mind, spirit and body aren't at peak performance?
One must recognize that in order to appeal to the masses you have to look presentable. The general populace should be able to sense the fire that burns in your heart, the yearning for the liberty and salvation of one's people in order to prolong their existence.

The words you speak must always come from the heart, not through the teeth. Do not pretend people are stupid and that they aren't able to recognize a bullshit artist when they see one. Not to mention you are dishonest towards yourself and have no confidence in espousing your convictions. Presentability is making sure the hard truth you speak is taken more lightly and seriously, and it is also to ensure you are not regarded as just another fat LARPer. Pic related.
